Privacy Policy
This policy covers the TUdo waitlist website only. It does not cover the TUdo app, which will have its own privacy policy at launch.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the waitlist form:
- Your full name
- Your Tulane email address
- Your year and how you'd use TUdo (post tasks, earn, or both)
- Task categories you'd offer, if you share them
- How you heard about TUdo
- Your club / team / chapter name, if you tell us you help run one
If you use the "Bring TUdo to your school" form (for students who aren't at Tulane), we collect your full name, email, and the university you named.
We do not collect student ID numbers or photos on this website. ID verification is an app feature and will be handled separately, with its own data review.
TODO: whether the site uses any analytics, and if so which. Plan is privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics so no consent banner is needed (WEBSITE-BRAINSTORM Topic 6 — not yet designed). Until that's decided, this section is incomplete.
Why we collect it
- To confirm you're a Tulane student
- To email you before launch and let you in early
- To line up both sides of the marketplace (posters and taskers) for launch
- To follow up with clubs and orgs that want TUdo
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We don't use it for anything except getting TUdo launched.
Where it's stored
TODO: name the form / email service once operations (Maddie) sets one up (PREPARE-WEBSITE #5).
How long we keep it

How to see or delete your information
Email us at jemfema7@gmail.com and we'll remove you from the waitlist and delete what you gave us.
